230 Waiama Way

My favorite part of the new house (aside from the company)
Not a bad view from the front door.  I finally got a picture that captures at least a bit of the color. 

Here's Davis' favorite part of the house - he calls it the basement.

Karin will give you more of a tour of the house later.  Needless to say, I could see 230 Waiama Way becoming my permanent address...
